There is no consolidated, freely available EU time series for (e-)cargobike sales. Public figures circulate mostly as individual country values — e.g. for 2020: 103k DE, 25k DK, 16k NL, 12k FR (CONEBI sample).

AFIR: EU rules for HDV charging infrastructure
Regulation (EU) 2023/1804 (AFIR) requires member states to provide HDV charging points (min. 350 kW) at no more than 120 km intervals along all TEN-T core corridors by 2030. First sites must be in place by 2025. Germany currently leads build-out, but the pace must accelerate considerably in the coming years.
